What is raw human hair?
Raw human hair is unprocessed hair with the cuticle intact — it has not been chemically treated to alter texture or color. That means it behaves more like your natural hair: it can be colored, heat-styled, and should hold up well with proper care.
How do I choose the right length?
Measure from where the weft or unit will sit on your head to where you want the hair to fall. If you are between lengths, consider your install method and whether you plan to trim after installation. Our product pages list available lengths for each texture.
How should I care for raw hair?
Treat raw hair like your own: sulfate-free shampoo, deep conditioning, minimal heat, and gentle detangling from ends to roots. Store units on a mannequin or satin bag when not in use. Avoid heavy oils at the weft bond if you are sewing in.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $200 within the contiguous United States. Orders typically process within 1–3 business days; delivery times vary by carrier and destination. You will receive tracking once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Because hair extensions and wigs are hygiene-sensitive products, returns are handled on a limited basis. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing, and contact us if something arrives damaged or not as described.
Can I install this hair myself?
Many of our customers self-install or work with a stylist. Wefts, closures, and frontals require different techniques — if you are new to raw hair, start with our texture guide or consult a professional installer for your first set.
